Hi to you all, I'm Kas, currently in the sunny corner of Essex, on the Costa del Canvey.
After getting some parts and sound advice from Chris.
My dad has decided to sell his 'E' Reg -1988, Carlton 1800GL Estate.
I will try and post as many photos as possible, I will give as much info as I can and will be happy to answer any and all questions you may have. (Not being a specialist, as you guys are, any viewings are welcomed).

Good points:-
Mot'd until March 2011, Tax'd til May 2011, genuine 51,000 miles (There are all Mot certificates to prove mileage), drives fantastically well for its' 22 years, clean a tidy car with no clinks or clunks from the engine, gear box or suspension, nearly everything works as it should.

Not so good points:-
N/S, Rear, electric window clicks but won't down, small rust patches appearing on the rear arches and sills, dent and scratch on the N/S rear quarter, in need of a new radio.

We cannot find any of these cars for sale on any web site, so have decided to use this forum, as you guys know what your talking about, and will give me honest information about what we have.

With all things considered dad and I are looking around the £550, ovno.

We look forward to hearing form you, please see photos below.
Kind regards,  Smiley
Kas.

thought id say hi.

been a vauxhall nut for 12 years, owing everything from mk2 cavalier to a vectra c via a senator 12v.

currently have a corsa daily driver, corsa track car, saab powered omega drift car and soon to be getting a lotus carlton replica Cheesy, 1.8 and cloth interior with white panels Sad, but the body kits there lol.

ill be keeping a low profile until i get the LC rep so i dont polute this site with FWD rubbish Embarrassed

I found out about this forum via selling some lattice style rims on ebay to a gent called Ernie from newcastle way.

one observation, thread titles arent too clear, but i guess thats mainly because you know each other by name already and know each others car dramas. Grin Grin
