1993 Carlton CDX 2.6 Auto Estate - £150

Hi, sorry that my first post is selling something but I thought you might be interested...

My Carlton failed it's MOT last week, it needs a load of welding on sills, a chassis leg and an inner wing, plus a track rod end, handbrake and a few other bits...

Although I love this car, I don't think it's worth it. I'd rather somebody used it for parts or something than just scrapping it so I thought I'd offer it here first.

The engine and gearbox are working fine, and passed the emissions test with no problems. The interior (blue velour with heated front seats) is also in very good condition and the heated seats work fine.

I need it gone very quickly as the tax has expired, so if there's no interest by the weekend I'm afraid it'll have to be scrapped.

If you need any parts, let me know and if nobody wants the whole car I'll remove them before scrapping. (Not any major mechanical parts though, I don't have the facilities, sorry). You're welcome to come and remove them at the weekend yourself though.

The car drives fine, but has no tax or MOT so I wouldn't recommend driving home.

Located in Brighton. If the whole car doesn't go, I don't mind posting small bits but anything large will need to be collected.

I won't take less than £150 for the whole car.

This is quite an old picture from when I bought the car, it till looks much the same now though...
