 thoughtit was about time i "showed off" my carlton gsi its a manual with 104,000 im the 5th owner and its totally standard !!! i gotta say that im more than happy with it, it does a little bit more MPG than my VR6 and is a lot smoother ride !

thanks guys ! i have got to say that i love the carlton and like to think that i did get a good deal on it. the arches have seen some work and it aint to the highest standard but you can only notice it if your looking for it ! anyone noticed my old cavalier gsi on photobucket ?

The Cav looks ace, shame most have lost their engines now. The Carlton looks tidy, I quite like em in white which is strange as it's my least favourite colour.

As its an early GSi 24v, It could be either Star Silver (E138) or the earlier Astro Silver (E128) Mick...

yeah  loved that cavalier gsi i think thats where my "thing" about big old school vauxhalls started.  managed to blow it up, the thing went like f@#k and being young i took full advantage of that ! then i got another engine for it and the oil pump went which seized it upso then i scrapped it !!

as for the carlton its astro silver e128 i think i stopped that paint in 1992 Huh?
