I'm here to show you another path (The Unit)

« on: August 08, 2010, 07:20:41 PM »

Just want to say a very big thank you to Mr Mad and Yasmin who came over today to change my water pump, Chris and I thought that the impeller had come off of the pump which was why my Betsy was overheating, Yasmin was sure it was a blown head gasket as it is something that she has seen before.
Anyway, the pump was removed and found to be in perfect order so some testing began, and yes it seems that the head gasket has got a leak.

So, a new head gasket is in order along with a skimmed head - something that is being sorted by both of the above.

My sincere thanks to you both, much appreciated... Wink Wink Wink
