Alternator Q?

Hi guys, just a quick one if you may.
Does anyone know what ah my alternator is on 1796cc CarltonII is please?
I have come accross this one for sale,
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Alternator-Vauxhall-Carlton-1-8-1981-1986-/220515283012?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3357bc3044
Looking at this, it matches the one on the car, ie;_ plugs/connectors etc. & i have a spare one in my garage, which also matches this too.
& they're both showing 45aH as the output. do you think this is enough for mine please??

Hmm you say 70 amp? I think the one i have says 45 amp, but it all matches up. connectors etc.
This is why i ask, as the one i have, i initially bought for the Astra 1300 ages ago.
