After recently having a go and fixing my heater matrix o-rings, I put back my centre console and now the passenger front window does not work. But thats not the weird thing...

Before, the windows worked without the keys in the ignition - now (the ones that still work) dont - they need the key in the ignition.

And whats more peculiar is that thy only work "normally" when all doors are shut. As soon as a door is opened, they "stutter" up slowly - this is different to the "pressure on the window so stop closing and come back down an inch" stutter. It stutters going all the way up. If you close the car doors, it continues to go up as normal.

I have had a rummage at some good posts on here and found that a swap out of the swiches on the centre console may fix it which I will do today to see what happens, but as far as I know, nothing has changed apart from me taking the console out and then popping it back in...

There is also the "bypass" method which I have found on these forums also which is another thing I could try.
