hi
« on: May 30, 2010, 08:44:05 PM »

Hello, I'm Alistair and I just bought a '90 2.0CDI which is my new daily.  I've had loads of Vauxhalls before, mostly Victors, Ventoras, Vivas etc.  Mine is not a bad looking example, it needs a new back bumper and wheel arch repairs but other than that all seems OK so far.

Please also be aware that sometimes I make very short terse posts, sometimes I worry these may come across as a bit kurt or whatever. Usually sort posts is a sign I'm forum posting from my mobile not a PC (as in the post above)

Cheers!

I've been cleaning the old beast up and giving her a service.  Got the tyre pressures right and I have to say I'm very pleased with my purchase.

There is an "odd idle" thing going on sometimes.  I'll get to the bottom of that eventually though.
