Am I the only TC member in south Wales?

Skoota, over on the VODC, is looking for a working, obviously, old style radio cassette. The one that has wires, earth, positive, speaker left, speaker right type, not multi plug. Of anyone has one, please gimme a holler.

Does it need to be a VX one? What kind of vintage is he after?

Hi it's me. Any one will do, as long as it works, not too bothered about it being perfect. I've not had much luck so far, my wife Sue found one at a boot sale for £1, didn't work, a friend gave me one, didn't work, I found one in a charity shop for £5, good job I jury rigged it rather than properly installed it, as it went up in smoke, so we're not having much luck so far. Never mind, we'll find one sometime, so thanks for your kind thoughts folks. Cheers, John.

Got two more on their way. One my eldest lad is bringing me and another is coming from a club member. Should be able to upset the neighbours again soon  Grin  Cheers, John.
